Regulamin
§ 1. Kto świadczy usługę
1. Program VectorRaptor (dalej: Program) i stronę https://vectorraptor.pages.dev (dalej: Strona) udostępnia WAVE Studio Przemysław Maciejkiewicz, ul. Chodkiewicza 24/11, 80-506 Gdańsk, Polska, e-mail: wavestudio.apps@gmail.com (dalej: Usługodawca).
2. Regulamin określa zasady korzystania ze Strony i z Programu oraz zasady licencji Pro. Regulamin jest dostępny bezpłatnie na Stronie w formie, która pozwala go pobrać, utrwalić i wydrukować.
§ 2. Sprzedaż i płatności — Paddle
1. Sprzedawcą licencji Pro i podmiotem przyjmującym płatność jest Paddle.com Market Limited (dalej: Paddle), który działa jako sprzedawca (ang. merchant of record): przyjmuje płatności, wystawia potwierdzenia i faktury oraz rozlicza podatki, w tym VAT.
2. Do zakupu stosuje się warunki Paddle dla kupujących: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, oraz politykę zwrotów Paddle: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Obsługa płatności i subskrypcji: paddle.net.
3. Cena licencji Pro jest pokazywana w oknie płatności przed zapłatą, razem z podatkiem właściwym dla kraju kupującego.
§ 3. Wersja darmowa i licencja Pro
1. Wersja darmowa Programu daje dostęp do wszystkich funkcji z wyjątkiem zapisu projektu i eksportu wyników.
2. Licencja Pro jest subskrypcją miesięczną. Odblokowuje zapis projektu i eksport (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG). Licencja obejmuje 1 albo 2 komputery, zależnie od wariantu wybranego przy zakupie; dezaktywacja na jednym komputerze zwalnia miejsce. Licencja jest przypisana do kupującego: do aktywacji potrzebne są klucz licencyjny, e-mail podany przy płatności oraz imię i nazwisko podane na stronie zakupu.
3. Subskrypcja odnawia się automatycznie na kolejny miesiąc, dopóki nie zostanie anulowana. Anulować można w każdej chwili przez paddle.net albo przez link w potwierdzeniu zakupu; licencja działa do końca opłaconego okresu.
4. Program sprawdza licencję przez internet przy uruchomieniu i raz na dobę. Bez połączenia licencja działa najwyżej 3 dni od ostatniego sprawdzenia i nigdy dłużej niż do końca opłaconego okresu. Po wygaśnięciu Program działa jak wersja darmowa.
§ 4. Wymagania techniczne
Komputer z systemem Windows 10 lub Windows 11 (64-bitowym), dostęp do internetu do aktywacji i sprawdzania licencji. Karta graficzna NVIDIA przyspiesza obliczenia, ale nie jest wymagana. Minimum: procesor z 8 wątkami, 8 GB pamięci RAM; zalecane: 16 wątków, 16 GB RAM oraz karta NVIDIA z co najmniej 4 GB pamięci (zalecane 8 GB). Program zajmuje ok. 4 GB miejsca na dysku.
§ 5. Zasady licencji
1. Usługodawca udziela niewyłącznej, niezbywalnej licencji na korzystanie z Programu w zakresie opisanym w Regulaminie. Nie wolno udostępniać klucza licencyjnego osobom trzecim, obchodzić zabezpieczeń licencji ani dekompilować Programu — z wyjątkiem przypadków, na które wprost pozwala bezwzględnie obowiązujące prawo.
2. Grafiki tworzone w Programie należą do użytkownika. Program przetwarza obrazy lokalnie na komputerze użytkownika i nie wysyła ich na żaden serwer.
3. Program zawiera komponenty innych autorów na ich własnych licencjach (lista w Programie, w pliku THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt oraz w pomocy na Stronie). Licencje tych komponentów mają pierwszeństwo w ich zakresie.
§ 6. Odstąpienie od umowy i zwroty
Umowę zakupu zawierasz z Paddle, dlatego odstąpienie od umowy (w tym 14-dniowy termin dla konsumentów) i zwroty płatności obsługuje Paddle według swoich warunków dla kupujących i polityki zwrotów (§ 2 ust. 2). Szczegóły: Zasady zwrotów.
§ 7. Reklamacje
1. Reklamacje dotyczące działania Programu lub Strony można zgłaszać na adres wavestudio.apps@gmail.com. Warto opisać problem, wersję Programu i system.
2. Usługodawca odpowiada na reklamację w terminie 14 dni. Do umów z konsumentami stosuje się przepisy o zgodności treści cyfrowych z umową (rozdział 5b ustawy o prawach konsumenta). Reklamacje płatności i zwrotów obsługuje Paddle (paddle.net).
§ 8. Odpowiedzialność
Usługodawca dokłada starań, aby Program działał poprawnie. W granicach dopuszczonych przez prawo Usługodawca nie odpowiada za szkody wynikłe z nieprawidłowego użycia Programu. Postanowienie to nie ogranicza praw konsumenta wynikających z bezwzględnie obowiązujących przepisów.
§ 9. Dane osobowe
Zasady przetwarzania danych osobowych opisuje Polityka prywatności.
§ 10. Postanowienia końcowe
1. W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje się prawo polskie, w szczególności Kodeks cywilny i ustawę o prawach konsumenta. Wybór prawa nie pozbawia konsumenta ochrony, jaką dają mu bezwzględnie obowiązujące przepisy państwa jego zwykłego pobytu.
2. Konsument może skorzystać z pozasądowych sposobów rozwiązywania sporów, m.in. z pomocy miejskiego lub powiatowego rzecznika konsumentów; informacje: uokik.gov.pl.
3. Usługodawca może zmienić Regulamin z ważnych przyczyn (np. zmiana prawa, zmiana funkcji Programu). O zmianach informuje na Stronie z co najmniej 14-dniowym wyprzedzeniem; zmiany nie naruszają praw nabytych przed ich wejściem w życie.

Terms of Service
§ 1. Provider
1. The VectorRaptor program (the Program) and the website https://vectorraptor.pages.dev (the Website) are provided by WAVE Studio Przemysław Maciejkiewicz, ul. Chodkiewicza 24/11, 80-506 Gdańsk, Poland, e-mail: wavestudio.apps@gmail.com (the Provider).
2. These Terms set out the rules for using the Website and the Program and for the Pro licence. They are available free of charge on the Website in a form that can be downloaded, saved and printed.
§ 2. Sales and payments — Paddle
1. The seller of the Pro licence and the party that takes the payment is Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle), acting as merchant of record: it takes payments, issues receipts and invoices and settles taxes, including VAT.
2. Purchases are governed by Paddle's buyer terms: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, and Paddle's refund policy: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Payments and subscriptions: paddle.net.
3. The price of the Pro licence is shown in the payment window before payment, with the tax applicable in the buyer's country.
§ 3. Free version and Pro licence
1. The free version gives access to all functions except saving the project and exporting results.
2. The Pro licence is a monthly subscription. It unlocks project saving and export (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG). The licence covers 1 or 2 computers, depending on the variant chosen at purchase; deactivating it on one computer frees the place. The licence is assigned to the buyer: activation requires the licence key, the e-mail used for payment and the name given on the purchase page.
3. The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. It can be cancelled at any time via paddle.net or the link in the purchase confirmation; the licence works until the end of the paid period.
4. The Program checks the licence over the internet at start and once a day. Without a connection the licence works for at most 3 days after the last check and never beyond the end of the paid period. After that the Program works as the free version.
§ 4. Technical requirements
A computer with 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11 and internet access for activation and licence checks. An NVIDIA graphics card speeds up computation but is not required. Minimum: a processor with 8 threads, 8 GB RAM; recommended: 16 threads, 16 GB RAM and an NVIDIA card with at least 4 GB of memory (8 GB recommended). The Program takes about 4 GB of disk space.
§ 5. Licence terms
1. The Provider grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Program as described in these Terms. You may not share the licence key with third parties, circumvent the licence protection or decompile the Program, except where mandatory law expressly allows it.
2. Graphics created with the Program belong to the user. The Program processes images locally on the user's computer and does not send them to any server.
3. The Program contains components by other authors under their own licences (listed in the Program, in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and in the help on the Website). Those licences prevail within their scope.
§ 6. Withdrawal and refunds
You conclude the purchase contract with Paddle, so withdrawal (including the 14-day period for consumers) and refunds are handled by Paddle under its buyer terms and refund policy (§ 2(2)). Details: Refund policy.
§ 7. Complaints
1. Complaints about the Program or the Website can be sent to wavestudio.apps@gmail.com. Please describe the problem, the Program version and your system.
2. The Provider replies within 14 days. Consumer contracts are subject to the rules on conformity of digital content (chapter 5b of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). Complaints about payments and refunds are handled by Paddle (paddle.net).
§ 8. Liability
The Provider takes care that the Program works properly. To the extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for damage caused by improper use of the Program. This does not limit consumer rights under mandatory law.
§ 9. Personal data
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy.
§ 10. Final provisions
1. Polish law applies to matters not covered here, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection given by mandatory provisions of the country of their habitual residence.
2. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. municipal or district consumer ombudsmen; information: uokik.gov.pl.
3. The Provider may change these Terms for important reasons (e.g. changes in law or in the Program's functions), announcing changes on the Website at least 14 days in advance; changes do not affect rights acquired before they take effect.

2. Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Website und des Programms sowie die Pro-Lizenz. Sie sind kostenlos auf der Website abrufbar und können heruntergeladen, gespeichert und gedruckt werden.
§ 2. Verkauf und Zahlung — Paddle
1. Verkäufer der Pro-Lizenz und Zahlungsempfänger ist Paddle.com Market Limited (Paddle) als Merchant of Record: Paddle nimmt Zahlungen entgegen, stellt Belege und Rechnungen aus und führt Steuern ab, einschließlich der Umsatzsteuer.
2. Für den Kauf gelten die Käuferbedingungen von Paddle: paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms, und die Erstattungsrichtlinie von Paddle: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy. Zahlungen und Abonnements: paddle.net.
3. Der Preis der Pro-Lizenz wird vor der Zahlung im Zahlungsfenster angezeigt, inklusive der im Land des Käufers geltenden Steuer.
§ 3. Kostenlose Version und Pro-Lizenz
1. Die kostenlose Version bietet alle Funktionen außer Projekt speichern und Ergebnisse exportieren.
2. Die Pro-Lizenz ist ein monatliches Abonnement. Sie schaltet Projektspeicherung und Export frei (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG). Die Lizenz gilt für 1 oder 2 Computer, je nach beim Kauf gewählter Variante; die Deaktivierung auf einem Computer gibt den Platz frei. Die Lizenz ist dem Käufer zugeordnet: Für die Aktivierung sind der Lizenzschlüssel, die E-Mail der Zahlung und der auf der Kaufseite angegebene Name nötig.
3. Das Abonnement verlängert sich monatlich automatisch, bis es gekündigt wird. Kündigen kannst du jederzeit über paddle.net oder den Link in der Kaufbestätigung; die Lizenz gilt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums.
4. Das Programm prüft die Lizenz beim Start und einmal täglich über das Internet. Ohne Verbindung funktioniert die Lizenz höchstens 3 Tage nach der letzten Prüfung und nie über das Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums hinaus. Danach arbeitet das Programm als kostenlose Version.
§ 4. Technische Voraussetzungen
Ein Computer mit 64-Bit-Windows 10 oder Windows 11 und Internetzugang für Aktivierung und Lizenzprüfung. Eine NVIDIA-Grafikkarte beschleunigt die Berechnung, ist aber nicht erforderlich. Minimum: Prozessor mit 8 Threads, 8 GB RAM; empfohlen: 16 Threads, 16 GB RAM und eine NVIDIA-Karte mit mindestens 4 GB Speicher (empfohlen 8 GB). Das Programm belegt etwa 4 GB Speicherplatz.
§ 5. Lizenzbedingungen
1. Der Anbieter gewährt eine nicht ausschließliche, nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung des Programms im Rahmen dieser Bedingungen. Es ist nicht erlaubt, den Lizenzschlüssel an Dritte weiterzugeben, den Lizenzschutz zu umgehen oder das Programm zu dekompilieren, soweit zwingendes Recht dies nicht ausdrücklich erlaubt.
2. Mit dem Programm erstellte Grafiken gehören dem Nutzer. Das Programm verarbeitet Bilder lokal auf dem Computer des Nutzers und sendet sie an keinen Server.
3. Das Programm enthält Komponenten anderer Autoren unter deren eigenen Lizenzen (aufgeführt im Programm, in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt und in der Hilfe auf der Website). Diese Lizenzen haben in ihrem Umfang Vorrang.
§ 6. Widerruf und Erstattungen
Den Kaufvertrag schließt du mit Paddle, daher werden Widerruf (einschließlich der 14-tägigen Frist für Verbraucher) und Erstattungen von Paddle nach dessen Käuferbedingungen und Erstattungsrichtlinie abgewickelt (§ 2 Abs. 2). Einzelheiten: Erstattungen.
§ 7. Reklamationen
1. Reklamationen zum Programm oder zur Website können an wavestudio.apps@gmail.com gesendet werden. Bitte beschreibe das Problem, die Programmversion und dein System.
2. Der Anbieter antwortet innerhalb von 14 Tagen. Für Verbraucherverträge gelten die Vorschriften über die Vertragsmäßigkeit digitaler Inhalte (Kapitel 5b des polnischen Verbraucherrechtegesetzes). Reklamationen zu Zahlungen und Erstattungen bearbeitet Paddle (paddle.net).
§ 8. Haftung
Der Anbieter bemüht sich um ein fehlerfreies Programm. Soweit gesetzlich zulässig, haftet der Anbieter nicht für Schäden durch unsachgemäße Nutzung des Programms. Zwingende Verbraucherrechte bleiben unberührt.
§ 9. Personenbezogene Daten
Die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten beschreibt die Datenschutzerklärung.
§ 10. Schlussbestimmungen
1. Für hier nicht geregelte Fragen gilt polnisches Recht, insbesondere das Zivilgesetzbuch und das Verbraucherrechtegesetz. Die Rechtswahl entzieht Verbrauchern nicht den Schutz der zwingenden Vorschriften ihres gewöhnlichen Aufenthaltsstaates.
2. Verbraucher können außergerichtliche Streitbeilegung nutzen, z. B. die kommunalen Verbraucherombudsleute in Polen; Informationen: uokik.gov.pl.
3. Der Anbieter kann diese Bedingungen aus wichtigen Gründen ändern (z. B. Gesetzesänderungen oder geänderte Programmfunktionen) und kündigt Änderungen mindestens 14 Tage vorher auf der Website an; vor dem Inkrafttreten erworbene Rechte bleiben unberührt.

§ 1. Prestador
1. El programa VectorRaptor (el Programa) y el sitio web https://vectorraptor.pages.dev (el Sitio) los ofrece WAVE Studio Przemysław Maciejkiewicz, ul. Chodkiewicza 24/11, 80-506 Gdańsk, Poland, correo: wavestudio.apps@gmail.com (el Prestador).
2. Estos términos regulan el uso del Sitio y del Programa y la licencia Pro. Están disponibles gratuitamente en el Sitio en una forma que permite descargarlos, guardarlos e imprimirlos.
§ 2. Venta y pagos — Paddle

§ 3. Versión gratuita y licencia Pro
1. La versión gratuita da acceso a todas las funciones excepto guardar el proyecto y exportar los resultados.
2. La licencia Pro es una suscripción mensual. Desbloquea el guardado de proyectos y la exportación (SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG). La licencia cubre 1 o 2 ordenadores, según la variante elegida en la compra; desactivarla en un ordenador libera el puesto. La licencia está asignada al comprador: la activación requiere la clave, el correo del pago y el nombre indicado en la página de compra.
3. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente cada mes hasta que se cancele. Puedes cancelarla en cualquier momento en paddle.net o mediante el enlace de la confirmación de compra; la licencia funciona hasta el final del periodo pagado.
4. El Programa comprueba la licencia por internet al iniciarse y una vez al día. Sin conexión, la licencia funciona como máximo 3 días desde la última comprobación y nunca más allá del final del periodo pagado. Después, el Programa funciona como la versión gratuita.
§ 4. Requisitos técnicos
Un ordenador con Windows 10 o Windows 11 de 64 bits y acceso a internet para la activación y las comprobaciones de licencia. Una tarjeta gráfica NVIDIA acelera el cálculo, pero no es obligatoria. Mínimo: procesador con 8 hilos, 8 GB de RAM; recomendado: 16 hilos, 16 GB de RAM y una tarjeta NVIDIA con al menos 4 GB de memoria (se recomiendan 8 GB). El Programa ocupa unos 4 GB en disco.
§ 5. Condiciones de la licencia
1. El Prestador concede una licencia no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el Programa según estos términos. No está permitido compartir la clave con terceros, eludir la protección de la licencia ni descompilar el Programa, salvo cuando la ley imperativa lo permita expresamente.
2. Los gráficos creados con el Programa pertenecen al usuario. El Programa procesa las imágenes localmente en el ordenador del usuario y no las envía a ningún servidor.
3. El Programa contiene componentes de otros autores con sus propias licencias (enumerados en el Programa, en THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt y en la ayuda del Sitio). Esas licencias prevalecen en su ámbito.
§ 6. Desistimiento y reembolsos
El contrato de compra lo celebras con Paddle, por lo que el desistimiento (incluido el plazo de 14 días para consumidores) y los reembolsos los gestiona Paddle según sus condiciones para compradores y su política de reembolsos (§ 2.2). Detalles: Política de reembolsos.
§ 7. Reclamaciones
1. Las reclamaciones sobre el Programa o el Sitio pueden enviarse a wavestudio.apps@gmail.com. Describe el problema, la versión del Programa y tu sistema.
2. El Prestador responde en un plazo de 14 días. A los contratos con consumidores se aplican las normas sobre la conformidad de los contenidos digitales (capítulo 5b de la Ley polaca de derechos del consumidor). Las reclamaciones sobre pagos y reembolsos las gestiona Paddle (paddle.net).
§ 8. Responsabilidad
El Prestador procura que el Programa funcione correctamente. En la medida permitida por la ley, el Prestador no responde de los daños causados por un uso indebido del Programa. Esto no limita los derechos imperativos del consumidor.
§ 9. Datos personales
El tratamiento de datos personales se describe en la Política de privacidad.
§ 10. Disposiciones finales
1. En lo no regulado aquí se aplica la ley polaca, en particular el Código Civil y la Ley de derechos del consumidor. La elección de la ley no priva al consumidor de la protección de las normas imperativas del país de su residencia habitual.
2. Los consumidores pueden recurrir a la resolución extrajudicial de litigios, p. ej. a los defensores municipales del consumidor en Polonia; información: uokik.gov.pl.
3. El Prestador puede modificar estos términos por motivos importantes (p. ej. cambios legales o de las funciones del Programa), anunciándolo en el Sitio con al menos 14 días de antelación; los cambios no afectan a los derechos adquiridos antes de su entrada en vigor.
