Zasady zwrotów
1. Kto zwraca pieniądze
Płatności i zwroty obsługuje Paddle, sprzedawca licencji Pro. O zwrot poprosisz przez paddle.net (podając e-mail z zakupu) albo pisząc do nas na wavestudio.apps@gmail.com — przekażemy prośbę do Paddle.
2. Zasady
Zwroty odbywają się według polityki zwrotów Paddle: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy, w tym prawa konsumenta do odstąpienia od umowy w ciągu 14 dni (szczegóły i wyjątki opisuje Paddle).
3. Po zwrocie
Po zwrocie płatności licencja zostaje cofnięta, a Program na wszystkich komputerach z tym kluczem wraca do wersji darmowej przy najbliższym sprawdzeniu licencji.
4. Anulowanie subskrypcji
Subskrypcję anulujesz w każdej chwili przez paddle.net. Anulowanie wstrzymuje kolejne płatności; licencja działa do końca opłaconego okresu.

Refund policy
1. Who refunds
Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, the seller of the Pro licence. Request a refund via paddle.net (with your purchase e-mail) or write to us at wavestudio.apps@gmail.com — we will pass the request on to Paddle.
2. Rules
Refunds follow Paddle's refund policy: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy, including the consumer's right to withdraw within 14 days (details and exceptions are set out by Paddle).
3. After a refund
After a refund the licence is revoked and the Program on all computers using that key returns to the free version at the next licence check.
4. Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel the subscription at any time via paddle.net. Cancelling stops further payments; the licence works until the end of the paid period.

Zahlungen und Erstattungen wickelt Paddle ab, der Verkäufer der Pro-Lizenz. Eine Erstattung beantragst du über paddle.net (mit der E-Mail des Kaufs) oder per E-Mail an wavestudio.apps@gmail.com — wir leiten den Antrag an Paddle weiter.
2. Regeln
Erstattungen erfolgen nach der Erstattungsrichtlinie von Paddle: paddle.com/legal/refund-policy, einschließlich des Widerrufsrechts von Verbrauchern innerhalb von 14 Tagen (Einzelheiten und Ausnahmen regelt Paddle).
3. Nach einer Erstattung
Nach einer Erstattung wird die Lizenz widerrufen, und das Programm auf allen Computern mit diesem Schlüssel kehrt bei der nächsten Lizenzprüfung zur kostenlosen Version zurück.
4. Abonnement kündigen
Du kannst das Abonnement jederzeit über paddle.net kündigen. Die Kündigung beendet weitere Zahlungen; die Lizenz gilt bis zum Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums.

3. Tras un reembolso
Tras un reembolso, la licencia se revoca y el Programa en todos los ordenadores con esa clave vuelve a la versión gratuita en la siguiente comprobación de licencia.
4. Cancelar la suscripción
Puedes cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento en paddle.net. La cancelación detiene los pagos siguientes; la licencia funciona hasta el final del periodo pagado.
