2. Twoje grafiki
Program przetwarza obrazy wyłącznie lokalnie, na Twoim komputerze. Obrazy, projekty i wyniki eksportu nie są wysyłane na żaden serwer.
3. Licencja: jakie dane i po co
Przy aktywacji i sprawdzaniu licencji Program wysyła na serwer licencji: klucz licencyjny oraz trzy skróty kryptograficzne (SHA-256) cech komputera (identyfikator systemu Windows, numer woluminu systemowego, identyfikator płyty głównej z oprogramowania układowego). Program nie wysyła samych cech, tylko ich skróty, z których nie da się odczytać oryginalnych numerów. Serwer zapisuje też datę aktywacji i ostatniego sprawdzenia oraz — od Paddle — identyfikatory subskrypcji, transakcji i klienta, stan subskrypcji i datę końca opłaconego okresu. Licencja jest przypisana do kupującego: serwer przechowuje skróty (SHA-256) e-maila podanego przy płatności (pobieranego z Paddle) oraz imienia i nazwiska wpisanego na stronie zakupu — nie same te dane — i porównuje je z danymi podanymi przy aktywacji. Serwer nie otrzymuje Twojego adresu ani danych karty.
Cel i podstawa: wykonanie umowy licencji (art. 6 ust. 1 lit. b RODO) oraz zapobieganie nadużyciom, np. udostępnianiu klucza na więcej komputerów (prawnie uzasadniony interes, art. 6 ust. 1 lit. f RODO).
4. Płatności
Płatności obsługuje Paddle.com Market Limited jako sprzedawca. Paddle przetwarza dane potrzebne do płatności (np. e-mail, kraj, dane karty) jako odrębny administrator, na zasadach swojej polityki prywatności: paddle.com/legal/privacy. Na stronie zakupu (buy.html) wczytywany jest skrypt Paddle, który może zapisywać w przeglądarce dane potrzebne do obsługi płatności.
5. Strona internetowa
Strona nie używa narzędzi analitycznych ani reklamowych i sama nie zapisuje plików cookie. Stronę i serwer licencji utrzymuje Cloudflare, Inc., który jako podmiot przetwarzający może przetwarzać dane techniczne połączeń (np. adres IP) w celu dostarczenia strony i ochrony przed atakami.
6. Odbiorcy i przekazywanie poza EOG
Odbiorcy danych: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting strony i serwera licencji; baza danych w regionie Europy Zachodniej), Paddle (płatności). Cloudflare może przetwarzać dane także poza Europejskim Obszarem Gospodarczym; przekazywanie do USA odbywa się na podstawie unijno-amerykańskich ram ochrony danych (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework), a w razie ich utraty — standardowych klauzul umownych zatwierdzonych przez Komisję Europejską (umowa powierzenia Cloudflare: cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa).
7. Jak długo
Dane licencji przechowujemy przez czas trwania subskrypcji, a po jej zakończeniu do upływu okresu przedawnienia roszczeń. Okres ten wynosi 3 lata od zakończenia subskrypcji.
8. Twoje prawa
Masz prawo dostępu do danych, ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, przenoszenia oraz sprzeciwu wobec przetwarzania opartego na prawnie uzasadnionym interesie. Masz też prawo wnieść skargę do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (uodo.gov.pl). Podanie danych licencyjnych jest dobrowolne, ale bez nich nie da się aktywować licencji Pro.

Privacy policy
1. Controller
The controller of personal data is WAVE Studio Przemysław Maciejkiewicz, ul. Chodkiewicza 24/11, 80-506 Gdańsk, Poland, e-mail: wavestudio.apps@gmail.com. You can write to this address about anything concerning your data.
2. Your graphics
The Program processes images only locally, on your computer. Images, projects and exports are not sent to any server.
3. Licence: what data and why
When activating and checking the licence, the Program sends the licence key and three cryptographic hashes (SHA-256) of computer features (the Windows installation identifier, the system volume number, the motherboard identifier from the firmware) to the licence server. It does not send the features themselves, only their hashes, from which the original numbers cannot be read. The server also stores the dates of activation and of the last check and, from Paddle, the subscription, transaction and customer identifiers, the subscription status and the end of the paid period. The licence is assigned to the buyer: the server keeps hashes (SHA-256) of the e-mail used for payment (obtained from Paddle) and of the name typed on the purchase page — not the data themselves — and compares them with the details given at activation. The server does not receive your address or card details.
Purpose and legal basis: performing the licence contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and preventing abuse, such as using a key on more computers (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Payments
Payments are handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as the seller. Paddle processes the data needed for payment (e.g. e-mail, country, card details) as a separate controller under its own privacy policy: paddle.com/legal/privacy. The purchase page (buy.html) loads Paddle's script, which may store data in your browser needed for the payment.
5. Website
The Website uses no analytics or advertising tools and sets no cookies itself. The Website and the licence server are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., which as a processor may process technical connection data (e.g. IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
6. Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
Recipients: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting of the Website and the licence server; database in the Western Europe region), Paddle (payments). Cloudflare may also process data outside the European Economic Area; transfers to the USA are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, should it lapse, on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission (Cloudflare's data processing addendum: cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa).
7. Retention
Licence data are kept for the duration of the subscription and then for 3 years after it ends.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl). Providing licence data is voluntary, but without it the Pro licence cannot be activated.

3. Lizenz: welche Daten und wozu
Bei Aktivierung und Prüfung der Lizenz sendet das Programm den Lizenzschlüssel und drei kryptografische Hashwerte (SHA-256) von Computermerkmalen (Kennung der Windows-Installation, Nummer des Systemdatenträgers, Kennung der Hauptplatine aus der Firmware) an den Lizenzserver. Es sendet nicht die Merkmale selbst, nur deren Hashwerte, aus denen sich die ursprünglichen Nummern nicht ablesen lassen. Der Server speichert außerdem Aktivierungs- und letztes Prüfdatum sowie von Paddle die Kennungen von Abonnement, Transaktion und Kunde, den Abonnementstatus und das Ende des bezahlten Zeitraums. Die Lizenz ist dem Käufer zugeordnet: Der Server speichert Hashwerte (SHA-256) der E-Mail der Zahlung (von Paddle abgerufen) und des auf der Kaufseite eingegebenen Namens — nicht die Daten selbst — und vergleicht sie mit den Angaben bei der Aktivierung. Anschrift oder Kartendaten erhält der Server nicht.
Zweck und Rechtsgrundlage: Erfüllung des Lizenzvertrags (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO) und Missbrauchsvermeidung, etwa die Nutzung eines Schlüssels auf mehr Computern (berechtigtes Interesse, Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
4. Zahlungen
Zahlungen wickelt Paddle.com Market Limited als Verkäufer ab. Paddle verarbeitet die für die Zahlung nötigen Daten (z. B. E-Mail, Land, Kartendaten) als eigenständiger Verantwortlicher nach seiner Datenschutzerklärung: paddle.com/legal/privacy. Die Kaufseite (buy.html) lädt das Skript von Paddle, das für die Zahlung nötige Daten im Browser speichern kann.
5. Website
Die Website verwendet keine Analyse- oder Werbewerkzeuge und setzt selbst keine Cookies. Website und Lizenzserver werden von Cloudflare, Inc. gehostet, das als Auftragsverarbeiter technische Verbindungsdaten (z. B. IP-Adresse) verarbeiten kann, um die Website auszuliefern und vor Angriffen zu schützen.
6. Empfänger und Übermittlung außerhalb des EWR
Empfänger: Cloudflare, Inc. (Hosting von Website und Lizenzserver; Datenbank in der Region Westeuropa), Paddle (Zahlungen). Cloudflare kann Daten auch außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten; Übermittlungen in die USA erfolgen auf Grundlage des EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework und, falls dieses entfällt, der von der Europäischen Kommission genehmigten Standardvertragsklauseln (Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag von Cloudflare: cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa).
7. Speicherdauer
Lizenzdaten werden für die Dauer des Abonnements und danach 3 Jahre lang gespeichert.
8. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung und Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch gegen eine auf berechtigtem Interesse beruhende Verarbeitung. Du kannst Beschwerde bei der polnischen Aufsichtsbehörde einlegen, dem Präsidenten des Amtes für den Schutz personenbezogener Daten (uodo.gov.pl). Die Angabe der Lizenzdaten ist freiwillig, ohne sie kann die Pro-Lizenz jedoch nicht aktiviert werden.

2. Tus gráficos
El Programa procesa las imágenes solo localmente, en tu ordenador. Las imágenes, proyectos y exportaciones no se envían a ningún servidor.
3. Licencia: qué datos y para qué
Al activar y comprobar la licencia, el Programa envía al servidor de licencias la clave y tres resúmenes criptográficos (SHA-256) de características del ordenador (identificador de la instalación de Windows, número del volumen del sistema, identificador de la placa base del firmware). No envía las características en sí, solo sus resúmenes, de los que no se pueden obtener los números originales. El servidor guarda también las fechas de activación y de la última comprobación y, de Paddle, los identificadores de suscripción, transacción y cliente, el estado de la suscripción y el final del periodo pagado. La licencia está asignada al comprador: el servidor guarda resúmenes (SHA-256) del correo del pago (obtenido de Paddle) y del nombre escrito en la página de compra —no los datos en sí— y los compara con los datos indicados en la activación. El servidor no recibe tu dirección ni datos de tarjeta.
Finalidad y base jurídica: ejecución del contrato de licencia (art. 6.1.b RGPD) y prevención de abusos, como usar una clave en más ordenadores (interés legítimo, art. 6.1.f RGPD).
4. Pagos
Los pagos los gestiona Paddle.com Market Limited como vendedor. Paddle trata los datos necesarios para el pago (p. ej. correo, país, datos de tarjeta) como responsable independiente según su propia política de privacidad: paddle.com/legal/privacy. La página de compra (buy.html) carga el script de Paddle, que puede guardar en el navegador datos necesarios para el pago.
5. Sitio web
El Sitio no usa herramientas de analítica ni de publicidad y no instala cookies propias. El Sitio y el servidor de licencias están alojados en Cloudflare, Inc., que como encargado puede tratar datos técnicos de conexión (p. ej. la dirección IP) para servir el sitio y protegerlo de ataques.
6. Destinatarios y transferencias fuera del EEE
Destinatarios: Cloudflare, Inc. (alojamiento del Sitio y del servidor de licencias; base de datos en la región de Europa Occidental), Paddle (pagos). Cloudflare puede tratar datos también fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo; las transferencias a EE. UU. se basan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. y, si dejara de aplicarse, en cláusulas contractuales tipo aprobadas por la Comisión Europea (contrato de encargo de Cloudflare: cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa).
7. Conservación
Los datos de licencia se conservan mientras dura la suscripción y después durante 3 años tras su finalización.
8. Tus derechos
Tienes derecho de acceso, rectificación y supresión, limitación del tratamiento, portabilidad y oposición al tratamiento basado en interés legítimo. Puedes presentar una reclamación ante la autoridad de control polaca, el Presidente de la Oficina de Protección de Datos Personales (uodo.gov.pl). Facilitar los datos de licencia es voluntario, pero sin ellos no se puede activar la licencia Pro.
